JoeXray is now the representative for Protochips, IN SITU heating for TEM and SEM (Aduro) as well as combined applications with DFIB which allows for analysis to be combined with the DFIB lift and place in DFIB chamber and the analysis to be performed in the DFIB and /or moved to TEM for higher magnification / resolution as necessary!!
Protochips also offers a premier Liquid Cell technology for TEM that allows biological samples to be imaged in the TEM with the longest possible live time due to the liquid cell technology. Up to 45 minutes of beam exposure has been recorded with live cell imaging using this technology!
JoeXray now also offers the KE Developments product line.
KE Developments product line is now available from JoeXray LLC in the Midwest USA. These products include the BSE and CL Detectors, Chambersopes, Multi Channel Plate system for SEM, and their Sample Temperature Controller for SEM.
